I didn’t know what to expect. But, it was a wonderful surprise. They helped me get rid of things I don’t need. And organize in ways I wouldn’t have thought of. I absolutely recommend them. And they were wonderful to work with.

Words alone cannot express the outstanding job Susan and Trish did for my new home. I recently moved back to Missouri due to husband relocate with job. My husband's new job offered a couple days of professional organization. I have never had a pro organizer come to my house. I made sure 95% of my boxes were unpacked and items put away.

Trish has a great eye for organizing items. Both ladies went above and beyond to make sure I did not have much to worry about. They also hung up all of my pictures. Trish did a beautiful job with the award wall in my husband's office.

My husband was over the moon when he walked into the house and everything was unpacked and "perfectly place."

Susan is phenomenal! She helped us reorganize and declutter our kitchen, linen closet, office, entry closet, dining room, huge room in the basement and garage! Susan and her team came to my aid when we needed a quick turnaround to turn a bedroom in my elder parents' home into a care room to accommodate extended care for my mother . Also they made use of unused space by creating a wrapping station for wrapping gifts. I can’t tell you how beneficial this is going to be at Christmas! I had never before worked with professional organizers, but I always had a desire to do so. Working with Susan and Trish was an amazing experience!!

My husband and I had just moved to the area with an infant and they helped take a huge load off of my plate by getting my family’s closets (his, hers and nursery) and kitchen organized. Redesigning and reorganizing have become fun projects around the house! My closet is one of my favorite spaces and we are so much more organized in other rooms. My son's closet is perfect for him as he gets older and he is also more self sufficient. I worked with Susan and her team at Perfectly Placed just a few weeks ago on a medium sized out of state move for unpacking and organizing. From start to finish I had a wonderful experience. They were thoughtful, helpful, and efficient. I had booked a few months prior to the move and spoke to Susan at the time regarding the timing and what was needed. A week before the move she called and went over everything in detail (about a 30-45 minute conversation) down to questions about how we like our closets organized. The day after the move, she and her team arrived, and they brought along things that they thought may be helpful during the process (ie containers to help organize kitchen and bathroom). At the end, she tallies the cost and saves you a trip to Target or the Container Store (which, when you are moving, can often be a lifesaver after you’ve completed five target trips already). They set to work quickly and divided up rooms (tackling kitchen and closets first). Everything was beautiful placed and organized with labels. Boxes were broken down and taken out. They were thoughtfully clean, and had even asked if I was a shoe-on or off in the house type of person! You can even ask for help and ideas with hanging art and pictures, but we reserved that for last as we wanted everything else handled first. Quite frankly, they organized things in ways that I had never even considered, which was interesting in and of itself, and we quickly adopted. I was a little nervous to see how I’d like things that were placed differently than I was used to, but I found that I actually preferred their way better if there were ever differences! I will definitely be hiring Susan and her team again for our next move which will be likely coming up soon as we buy a house. If you are overwhelmed, or looking for someone to help with all the nuances that you are just too tired to deal with during the stress of a move, don’t hesitate to contact her!

Susan and her team are truly the best! Susan, Melissa and Sarah helped us unpack and organize our entire house. My closet, which was originally an extra bedroom, was organized to my liking with all my clothes hung or neatly folded. My entire kitchen was unpacked, drawers lined and labeled and my memory items were thoughtfully placed and unpacked. My husband and I are so thankful for Susan and her team.
