Frequently Asked Questions about Teleclasses
What exactly is a teleclass and how does it work?
A teleclass is simply a conference call where a bunch of people are on the phone at the same time listening to me speak on a certain topic. You can’t see me and I can’t see you, it is only audio. The teleclasses are approximately an hour long. When you register for a teleclass, you receive a handout with photos for you to follow along as I speak. All classes are also recorded and everyone who registers receives a copy of the recording so you can listen to it more than once.
What if I can’t make the time of the call?
All teleclasses are recorded and archived. That’s the beauty of the teleclasses. In fact, most people prefer to attend via recording at a time that is convenient for them. If you attend a class after the live class has happened, you will receive a handout in a pdf format and a link to download the recording to your computer. Then you are free to take the class when you want. There is no expiration date for the download or the pdf document.
What if I’m not that good on my computer?
If anyone understands being confused by computers, it is me. I’ve made it really easy to do. If you have a printer, a computer and can push a button, you can do it. That’s all there is to it!
What exactly gets sent to me when I purchase a class?
You will receive a pdf document of a handout with plenty of pictures and links so you know exactly what I am talking about during the class. It is best to print this out on your printer before listening to the recording so you can follow along. Some classes have additional attachments that are also sent. If so, those will also be sent in a pdf format. The recording is sent in an MP3 format. If you don’t know what that means, it is basically a link you click on which automatically downloads the recording into your computer. The recording can be listened to at any time and does not expire.
